Bad part-kitty Kat got an abcess and to take him to the vet there goes 50 dollars

We have two cats that need to find at least some part time work!
Unfortunately our bigboy (Maine Coon) cat requires special food that runs $40/bag.

My cats earn their keep.
They keep the house clear of mice and bugs (they love to chase and eat flies and spiders, and they bring me a mouse maybe twice/year).

Also we have to give them credit from the companionship they give....

I just got a mouse last week! And I haven't had a flying bug in the house for more than a couple of hours in years! Isn't it awesome!?!?!?

Thank you...he is my first cat and my favorite (Brutus) he has been pretty good about taking his antibotic and letting me clean his wound...he is evan getting back to his old self...barging in the bathroom when you are in there and begging for food...lol

I have to say, I'm very happy when they catch the flying bugs! My dog also likes to chase the bugs, but unfortunately, he isn't nearly as, um.... shall I say graceful as the cats are!

Another good/bad/good... hubby got paid today...put it in the bank...just as I was getting ready to pay bills (using autobill pay for first time) bank calls they are taking out this amount to catch up my three acounts with them (loan, 4 wheeler and a visa) which I was behind one to two months....which is good and bad...its feels good I am caught up...but I was hoping to do use part of this paycheck and part of next paycheck which comes next week to get caught up...so some bills I wanted to pay this week will have to wait till next week...but it does feel good to have three of my bills up to date... Sorry to ramble
