Hi All: Is the minimum acceptable payment for rehabbing a SL still 1%? Is this in the HEA? Where is this min payment requirement outlined? My CA is claiming their system is giving them a min payment balance in the 1.7% range and "we have to go with what is in our system" .... *wink* *wink*.

Also, does the new 9 month rehab schedule apply to all rehab loans in all states?
