I have some student loans on my credit report reporting to all three CB. A while back I consolidated all my loans, on my credit report 8 of the accounts status list transferred, closed/current while the one account which is all the accounts consolidated is current. My question is should/could I have the other 8 removed because they were past due at one point in time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Well, I have good news and bad news for you. The good news is that the lates will mean less and less as time goes on. The bad news is that no, you can't have them removed unfortunately.

Sorry!! Believe me, if there were another answer, I'd be all over it -- I have 12 loans listed before the consolidation and they have a default on them before the transfer/close!!
