In order to qualify for a PLUS loan, how long does a bk need to be past discharge? I've seen both 3 and 5 years post-discharge mentioned. Thanks.

You have to meet federal credit criteria. That is basically nothing adverse on your credit report in the past five years. Or at least, that what's my call centre client has informed us.
