I was deployed to Iraq and forgot that my forbearance was ending. As a result I have a 30 and a 60 day late on the TL. I called told them the situation and they said send in my deployment orders. I did that, along with a letter explaining the situation. Many months later nothing has been done. So I called again, they said they couldn't read anything on the deployment orders. These people are probably not going to understand them even if they were more legible. Any suggestions? They are through William Ford Direct Loans.... THanks for any advice.
