My favorite is Number 5. I tell my wife this one all the time.

My 3 1/2 year old son is so spoiled being the only Grandchild on both sides of the family that we will only spend $100 on presents for Christmas and Birthday while we put another $500 in Disney Stock. In the last 2 years I have bought him more stocks that toys.

I think every High School student should be taught this yearly.

clapping.gif I agree! They should teach these things EARLY, starting with the basics around the 6-9th grades and gradually getting more in-depth as kids finish up high school. Man I wish I knew then what I know now...

more money is part of the answer if you don't want to work into your 70s.

underemployment is something many people don't seem to worry enough about.

IA. I think telling someone in debt making 18K a year that making 100K+ would be even worse is incredibly misleading. You can't save/invest money you don't have.
