I have a student loan for $3,600 that is delinquent. I am months behind. I think I will be able to pay this in full before the end of April. Should I attempt to rehab it for the sake of my credit. I would love to have this gone and off my reports. The only way I can see this happening is if I rehab it to get the lates removed. Can this be done? Can I rehab and then pay in full before the rehab is complete?

If you only delinquent and not in default, then rehab is not an option. Besides rehabbing even in default takes a full year of payments.

Looks like the best thing for me to do is just pay it and be done. Accept the lates.
