I have a dental bill that is about 5 years old are the SOL's the same as others?

I live in Georgia and for written contract it's 5 years open acct. is 4.

It is 4 years under the UCC for "services".

The only time a dental bill would be considered a written contract would be if you financed it.

So would this be the same for NC? According to the serivce dates that the CA sent me when I asked about the PFD was 1/14/02, however its showing up on my CR as Date Assigned July, 2003 - Date Reported February, 2006
