Hello everyone,

I feel like such a loser defaulting on my loan, geez....Well, anyways been reading the site for some time, and I'm ready to get things in order. Sooooo, these are the steps I will take, please inform if they are wrong...

1. Call oMsbud and start the rehab program....( do they contact my CA? and set up the payments)

2. Pay a monthly fee, 12 months

Question: Current status, is im going on my 12 month of garnishment at my job. The CA told me I would have to do this before I could apply for REHAB. Was I lied to..... Anyways, this is my 12 th month of them garishing my wages...Now I want to start the 12 month rehab program....

Any suggestions thank you very much

No. You have to contact the CA to set up rehab.

2. Pay a monthly fee, 12 months

You could have started the rehab at anytime. To qualify now for rehab, you will have to make 12 qualifying payments over and above the garnishment. The garnishment does not stop just because you are starting the rehab.

Any suggestions thank you very much
