Ok....Im not sure I am going to undertake this one. We kinda broke up. BUT, he apparently defaulted on a

student loan. I know for a fact that he HAD to deal with the student loan because of his job. So he is making

payments on the loan through a CA. BUT it looks like they sued and got a judgement for the loan. The lender

(CITI) has the account listed as charged off/turned over to goverment, and then there is a listing for the CA.

Should this ONE account belisted all these times by all these people? We're in Illinois if that helps, and yes

Im sure its the same loan. The account numbers match up, and he only had one loan. TIA!

Yep, whoever puts their hands on that loan can and will report. It's standard in the student loan world.
