i would welcome any advice please help:


US DEPARTMENT OF EDU AFSA
OPENED:9/99
DOLA;2/01
DATE CLOSED:2/02
PAID AND CLOSED
OVER 120DAYS PAST DUE ,ASSIGNED TO GOVERNMENT;DEFAULTED LOAN-CLAIM FILED AGAINST GUARANTOR

US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
OPENED: 9/99
DOLP:2/03
DOLA:9/01
PAID
OVER 120DAYS PAST DUE
PAID COLLECTION

i would like to know how i can remove one or both of these tl`s thanks bye1.gif

You defaulted. Have you resolved the default?

yes it has been paid in full a couple of years ago.my tax refund was taken.

yes it has been paid in full a couple of years ago.my tax refund was taken.


If your default was in 2002, they will remain on your CR until 2009. This is standard for defaults.
