I am an AU on my wife's Citibank account. A few years ago Citibank stopped reporting this account to the CRA's - for me only, account is active on wife's reports.
I have sent letters to Citibank as well as each CRA. The CRA's point to Citibank, Citibank points to the CRA's.
What the heck do I do to get this reported? It has excellent history, a high limit, and is more than 15 years old.
Thanks.

Creditors don't have to report AUs to the CRAs. Many do, but some don't. I wonder if there policy changed. Perhaps someone else can chime in...

Citi is usually good at reporting AU's until there is a request to remove the AU. Maybe your wife could remove you frm the account and then re-add you to it to kickstart the reporting again.

LOL, in other words, your wife removed you?
