Hello,

Well I sent the HIPAA letter #1 to the OC, no dice. I sent the HIPAA letter #2 to the OC's legal dept, no dice.

Now what?

There is no balance due, it was discharged in BK a year ago.

Did you send the medical dispute letter to the CRA FIRST? Was the account verified by the OC??

No, I did not send a dispute to the CRA.......

The HIPAA letter program on my website CLEARLY shows in the HEADING that you need to send the CRA the medical dispute letter FIRST, otherwise how do you KNOW that the CA reporting has ANY valid connection to the OC??
