Full Version: Rehab Agreement

Sorry, but another question from me. When I called back, I was told they were going to fax the forms to me for my rehab. All they sent was a direct debit form so they could auto withdraw the money from my account. I know I've read on here about a rehab agreement. My question is, is this rehab agreement something in writing, or are they assuming our telephone conversation qualifies? If so, is it unreasonable to ask for something in writing, or am I being paranoid? I'd hate to authorize them to start withdrawing the money and after a year discover that I wasn't actually in rehab because I didn't sign anything.

Thanks again!

You don't sign a rehab agreement until the END of your 12 month period. They won't put anything in writing before that time.
