How do you suggest I get rid of this? I haven't contacted the CA. One payment of $25 was sent to the OC. Have the other $75 ready to go. I was going to have her send it to the OC. Should she send it with the HIPPA letter? I would really like this off my report, it was billed through my ins. She is twenty years old. Thanks for any help.

You could try writing the OC and demand they have the CA remove the account from your reports because the service was for an adult child and you are not the responsible party. Legally, it does not belong on your reports.

I've tried that with another Med. Coll. that was pd. thru co-pay and ins. for an adult son. It is not working out so hot. Of course, it has been less than a month. The women who replied to my CMRRR letter, sent a copy of a fax saying it was sent to the CA by mistake please remove, etc. The problem is she sent it to the wrong CA, one that does not show up on my CR. After I point out the error and ask her to please send same thing but to correct CA (did this through e-mail) Through severeal emails back and forth her confusion shows, she puts a different name for me, wrong acct. #, etc. And it has been over a week since my last e-mail to her, and she has not responded. I am ready to write to the CEO and send him copies of her e-mails.

Remind them of the difference between GUARANTOR and INSURED.
There is a difference. Legally, you are not responsible for the bills of any other of age adult who is of sound mind

So how do I have her pay it. I don't think it is listed on her CR since it is listed on mine.

Who do I remind the CA or OC or both?

Read Whychat's website and review the HIPAA process for DW
I'd remind the OC for starters. Then DV the CA. The CA doesn't need anything more than a DV at this pont (ETA: YOU DV the CA only in your name)
