HI ALL! Happy New Year!!

Does anyone have a contact to send a goodwill letter to at AES? I tried sending them one some time ago and they never responded, so I am assuming someone just threw it away. I only have a few lates and have good credit with them otherwise. I am looking for someone high up with some authority to help me remove these TLs.

Thanks in advance for your help.

HI! I searched through the posts after searching AES, but I could only find those who had other qestions. There wasn't anyone asking for a contact that I noticed. I always try searching first. I am guessing that is what was implied by the link. I searched again on the internet and found one woman and I will jut try her.

Thanks for the quick reply

Thanks! I tried a goodwill letter to a director that I found on that website after posting to this board. Have you ever had any dealings with them? I was just hoping to find someone that has the authority to actually do something. The rep on the phone didn't sound interested and when I asked to speak with someone else she just blew me off by saying they would tell me the same thing. I thought ok this conversation is going downhill, so I decided on a goodwill letter. Anyway, Sorry for the babbling this credit stuff is hard work, and boy if I only knew how a few mistakes would cost me.

Thanks Again and have a good day bye1.gif

I disputed as never late...and the late was removed...but I was in school when the late was put on. I did not know it until I started my credit repair.

I consolidated six months ago and am in-school deferred. I'm in good standing and haven't had any detrimental dealings...yet.
