Hello and happy holidays to all :0).....my question is how badly is my $13,000 loan with sallie mae hurting my score when I am just paying the minimum payment? is all I can pay for now...so far just made about 6 payments...
If you're making the payments on time, it's not hurting your score at all. Installment loans are not the same as revolving credit - there is no bonus for paying more than the minimum.
