Does Sallie Mae pull EQ or TU? I saw two different answers for this.
Does Key Bank only pull EQ?

SM pulled EQ for me in August.

both sallie mae and key bank pulled EQ twice for me.
Do they only pull for grad school? I have two loans through Sallie Mae and no hard pulls for either.

I think that the OP and PP were talking about those two institutions' private loans (i.e., not government guaranteed). I assume that you had a federally-guaranteed loan through SM, probably a Stafford loan. Those, unlike the private loans, are not credit based.
