Does anyone know if my tax return will be taken in 06. I am currently paying on a defaulted loan where i will go into rehab after 12 consecutive payments. This month makes two so far

No one here can really answer that question; you should call the CA and ask them if they have put in an order for tax offset. They will tell you whether or not it's going to happen.

Thanks for the feedback. I've noticed you made good progress with your credit scores. could you share the steps/process you took to obtain this progress?

You can do a search on my user name and come up with the majority of my story. I've been lax lately because I'm in school right now and I just don't have time to "bulldog" it.
