I went over the tools that are posted but did not see one that takes into cosidation your assets. I would like to calculate all my debts vs my assets. Is there a good site fot that?

I don't think there is a specific site for that. I use Quicken, and I can put in the value of my house, cars, etc. against my outstanding debts to figure out my net worth.
