25%, but there is an old Amex from 5 years ago that is listed as an Open account on all three reports and that pushes utilization to approximately 50%. I have four student loans that are about 50% each that are reporting positively with no negatives. Do they factor into Utilization(high credit 2500, current owed 1240 each)? Negatives on credit include about 5 collection accounts for a few hundred dollars each, all over 4 years old, working on PTD for those. Plus the Amex which is $5,000 and DOLA is 5 years ago. I am trying to work out a payment on this too but it's difficult, this should have been paid by previous company but they played a bit of dirty pool with me.
