My wages are being garnished for a defaulted student loan. The loan balance is $3300 which makes me not eligable for rehab. I found out about rehab 2 months too late. I'm going to pay in full this week. What are the chances of getting the 2 bad TL's removed that are associated with this one student loan.

i never knew there was a minimum amount for rehab. did you verify this information or are you just taking someone word on this ? I am not saying there isn't a minumum, just that I don't ever remember seeing it.

Also you might want to consider some type of PFD before you send the payment.

Depending on the lender there must be a minimum balance to rehab of around $1000.
