A friend of mine has a spotless report except for a few medical collections which I will post about later.
My first question is they(CRA) are listing their previous employment as disability, which they have never been on at all. Is this legal?

My understanding of this issue, is that they can't maintain bogus info, and that you have the same right(s) to dispute as with any other info on your report, but you'd have a pretty flimsy cause of action for a lawsuit on this alone.
YMMV.
