  1. Thanks to all who responded. I called several accounts the other eve. ATT Univ 3671 29.9 (dropped to 19.9%) had to close acct 1045 6% 4956 2.9% Chase 1 18006 9% Chase 2 14410 19% (dropped to 10% for 12 months; then will go back to 19%) Disc 1 10055 5.9% (will go to 19.9 in spring) Disc 2 9851 5.9% (will go to 19.9 in spring) Cap One 2876 6% FIA 608 11.75% GM 7800 17% (they won't budge) Sears 5958 10% Wachovia 9302 8.35% I did not call the ones with the lower Int rates. They asked if I am having a hard time making payts- it can be difficult but they can look at my payt history and do not see any missed or late payts. I can't get additional home equity loan- I already did that. So with the phone calls I made I will see my monthly minimum payts reduced by about $130.00.
  2. I want to get the monthly payt down.
  3. I am a new member- lots of good info here. I have multiple CC with high interest rates. There are no lates and no BKs, credit score TransUnion 703 and Equifax 664. I would like to consolidate these cards (approx $ 50,000). What are my options? Does anyone have experience with America One Unsecured?
