Hi I used Dell Pref Credit 18 months ago. My credit limit was 1500 all of which Iused for new laptop. 18months later and the balance is 1945.00. I was laid off in Jan and I just can't make the payments on time, and even when I do they don't reduce the principle . Credit Counseling that I use says the DPH doesn't offer management plans. I applied the couple hundred I got from Dell PH class action. I'm drowning and the balance is snowballing. Any suggesstions? JM
