Your right about the New/Used car market right now...It just sucks! Honestly, the only way out is to keep on doing the monthly payment on the car or until you find a buyer that is willing to pay your current asking price. I understand how you feel though, $800+ a month for a c-class hurts!!!

I guess as Marv mentioned, hopefully you have GAP insurance since everyone is telling you to wreck the darn thing (not encouraging you to do it though). Other then that, I doubt Carmax will be helpful on this. I'm just speaking from personal experience, but you can definitely give it a try and let us know how it turns out. The last option would just be to continue making payments on the car. Sorry to hear your in this situation though, hope it does get better soon somehow.

Everyone has given you great advice. Definitely just contact the finance company and pay off the remaining balance and try to get the repo off your report. Continue to pay it or find someone that wants to buy the car and hopefully they can pay cash for it so you can pay it off and leave it all behind you. Good Luck!!!

I agree with Sako, I know its very stressful but your still young (19). Find any way possible to pay it off, when your debt is still low. You don't want it to haunt you when your 25 trying to get new credit. Maybe you can borrow a small loan from your parents and pay them back monthly with your current job you have now? At least that way you won't have to worry about the interest at the end of each month. Which ever way you choose good luck and keep us posted on your progress.
