Kingcuppie- a Bank is going to run their own chexsystems report. Since some Employers also use Chexsystem, it allows for either an EIN # or a SS # to be entered and used. EIN #s and SS #s are two totally different animals obviously and yes as soon as the bank runs the # they will know you were trying to pull the wool over their eyes, Especially since in most instances the information given on an application is hand typed into a computer system that will alert them they entered an invalid SS #. Got it now?

My SO entered into a hardship program with Cap1 on a $1,400 debt. Basically we pay $50 a month and as long as we do not miss a payment it stays at 0% interest but if we miss a payment it will go up to like around 29% or so (don't have the documentation in front of me) We've been doing it for about 4 months now and so far so good.

When My father passed away this happened to us as well. If there was an estate that someone was in charge of send it to them, as there would be documentation etc that can be sent. if like my father he didn't have an estate or any money then what an attorney advised me to do was just send a copy of his death certificate and a letter starting there was no estate. If your name was not on his debt then you don't owe. A lot of companies will try using scare tactics to get family members of deceased debtors to pay. After I did what was advised of me they went away. hth.

In the summer time especially if my DD is wearing socks and tennis shoes she comes home and her feet stink to high heaven lol she now usually wears flip flops or those danskin tennis shoes that have the mesh on the tops so her feet can breathe!

*shrugs* GDTOBFREE answer made perfect sense to me.. Perhaps OP has "post size" envy? In all seriousness I can understand being a bit flustered when things don't go the way you expect. But if you don't understand clearly what is going on, step off the high horse long enough to educate yourself or be open to others opinions, just because you don't understand what someone mean's or don't like their answers doesn't automatically mean they are wrong or didn't take you seriously. This. I understand she might have kids or something, but if you can't work the hours a place expects don't apply and any manager who would allow this nonsense needs to find a new job too!

LOL I am asking cos we have new neighbors who moved in a few months ago and they are like in your face loud obnoxious types and the kids range from 9 to 16 and all are mouthy little brats. but the mom is the most obnoxious of them all. We have a ton of kids in this neighborhood and they all kind of gravitate to in front of my house at the corner of the street, literally like 15 at a time and they all get a bit rough and mouthy with each other and I am pretty sure a few of them you could consider to be bullies. Anyway if her kids go in and tattle on someone or she see's something, She will come running out of her house like a bat out of hell screaming and yelling and always dropping F bombs, always getting into kids faces and sometimes even grabs their arms. She has also yelled her demands that they go the "eff" home on numerous occasions and some of the older ones throw it right back at her.. anyway was just curious about people's thoughts and also to hear about others experience if any on this subject. This chick also constantly calls her daughters "whores, sluts, bishes,c--suckers" and a whole slew of other names and yells this at the top of her lungs out the side window that is directly facing my bedroom window. I can usually be found peering out my window with a smirk at how ridiculous this woman looks. This family has also had the cops at their house several times if that says anything.

How do you feel about other adults or parents getting in your kids faces yelling or disciplining your kid without permission or merit or getting in your face and telling you how you should do it?

I can't afford to prepare to live off the grid..

Next time she comes knocking on the door, throw a glass of ice water in her face close the door, lock it and go on your merry way lol.. Im only kidding but it would be kinda funny. I have no patience for belligerent drunks.
