I am behind on my auto loan by 3-4 months or less and I have been trying to catch up. The loan is thru Penfed and they sent me their standard letter threatening me with action least month unless I pay $950. It was hard but I did in fact pay it. Well I got a new letter mailed to me shortly afterwards and it gave me a new amount of $1500. I was surprised it had gone up so much but nonetheless I plan on paying it now that my income is going up. The problem is that the letter gave me 21 days and I only got the letter a week ago. Not much time to prepare. So today my parents were called and the person said that I was going to go to jail and that a writ of replevin was being worked on. I am worried but would like someone who knows to please help me with any info you might have. Thanks so much

K so as far as new apps I know that they are accepting them now. I dont know if they will continue to do so but my understanding is that they will. They made it sound like the business was sold not closed, If that makes sense. Also you want to fax the app because that way you can direct them as to what credit report they pull. For instance say please only pull EQ or whatever. They try to do the app without pg first and then if they have to they pull pg. Thanks

Bye the way after reading this thread whoever says that you are required to have PG on Key Bank is absolutley incorrect as of Tuesday. I received not (1) but (2) cards no PG on both of my LLC's for 5k each.

I just got (2) Key MC and the supervisor said that the business has been sold to Us Bank (I think it was US Bank). She said that it wont turn over until next April at the earliest and that there expected to keep the Key Cards the same it wont change anything except who has underwritten the business. So good news

I dont know but I just got approved for a Key Card 5k limit with no pg. I am replacing my hdmc with it and hope thats not the case

Does anyone know if either of the citi cards pull EQ for PG? I just applied for Key and asked them to pull EQ and they did but its only 5k limit? I need another 15k+ to replace HDMC

So I love this site. I have secured some much needed capitol for my business and personal needs because of this site. I do need to purchase a boat for my business. I have a wonderful EQ score with 0 Baddies and 0% utilization and a 729 FICO. I have maxed Penfed out with me because Im a new member. They have given me a 37k truck loan and a visa for 12.5k. Who does anyone know of that will finance my boat purchase?

729 with EQ and income of 11200 monthly. So healthy. Good luck!
