  1. what bureau did they pull?
  2. what income docs are required, w-2's or recent paystubs?
  3. since you are going back above 80%LTV will there be PMI tacked onto your monthly payment? If so I may try and lower your cashout to the 80% mark and do a balance transfer to your new 0% card, and any remaining CC balance I would pay the extra amount to it that would be going to PMI.
  4. How many inq's? I have heard they are not very inq friendly.
  5. just curious as to what their savings account return rate was?
  6. Depends what State you are in? There are I believe 7 non-recourse states (don't know them all), which if you are in one of the states you are not liable for the difference between the balance and what the bank is able to sell the house for. I believe you could also walk away and file BK, and still be alright. It's a financial decision, and if you are saying you have little money, i'd give BofA a half peace sign and walk.
  7. So am I eligible if my brother is in the AF reserves?
  8. Anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
  9. Something tells me the OP is going to pay this or has already sent some kind of payment resetting the SOL.
  10. Same thing for me too many recent accounts. WTF?
  11. rates are not moving anywhere upward in the next 12 months as the feds are keeping rates at or near 0% until 2013. I think it is safe to say rates on a 30yr will stay between 4 and 4.75 for the next 12 months.
  12. why do they give me nice increases on Lowes(1600) and JCPenney(2900), but they only move my walmart up $25 each time(475)?
  13. I got my new score, but had to cancel and then enroll again.
  14. Could someone join if their brother is in the Airforce reserves? What about USAA and Penfed?
  15. How is one able to get 2X their annual income in credit card lines?
