  1. I'm just looking for another credit card to get my books for no interest at least 6 months. Only have 2 credit cards right now Capital One and Citi Forward, and my last application was in May, I'll probably apply early December to get it in time for books. My credit score is in the 650-700 range
  2. A lot of the stores aren't offering VISA MC or any other cards but store cards until their customers spend at least $1000. They are hurting bad and thats the only way they can make money. Just because it says the stores name on the card doesn't mean the store is getting money off of each transaction
  3. I have heard that they give you a free FAKO score from Transunion updated daily here is the site https://www.creditkarma.com/
  4. I have Wamu now Chase, doesn't affect me. Even normal Chase just wants you to use your debit card 5 times a month to waive the fee, pretty sweet deal BofA sucks unless you have money for banking
  5. I got the Citi Forward Card at 12.24% APR today, and I was wondering what card should I get in January. This is the card I just got http://www.citiforward.com/usc/forward/acq...55#/?screenId=0 Anyone know of any good credit cards out there? I have Chase as my main bank but their Bestbuy card is only available in Canada for now, anyone know if the application for it will be available in the US soon? I don't want the HSBC Card they have because I've heard that they are a terrible bank when it comes to credit cards.
  6. just ask questions on here its completely free
  7. I would wait till december, they might lower your limit if you do it too soon
  8. They did it for me with my first credit card original amount $300 4 months later $750 3 months later $1000 that was about it for auto ones
  9. this happens to every school all the time.
  10. You know how some gas stations advertise a different cash and credit price
  11. Patelco does check Chexsystems. I went in when I first turned 18 to open a free checking account along with their 8% savings rate for people 18-21 years old and apparently my social security number popped up as another name with someone owing $300 to Wells Fargo so I was denied and had to wait a month to apply again.
  12. 6 bucks big grocery stores like Food Maxx and Winco sell them for a Quarter.
  13. the $50 fee credit card companies are allowed to charge you if your card was stolen and you didn't have the protection plan.
  14. When it comes to the theft protection is it worth it or is the legal $50 fee sufficient.
