  1. Thanks I have one baddie left to fall off in December of this year and a 30 day late from 2008 that was actually removed from TU and EQ by HSBC because it was an error on their part its still showing on Exp but it will be corrected soon. I have a high utilization but very little revolving debt my Exp score from MPM was at 636 when I applied.

  3. Hello Everyone, I recently disputed some lates on a student loan with Equifax they were removed as a result of my dispute. These lates were later re inserted without me receiving any letters from Equifax. I sent the following letter to them. To Whom It May Concern: On September 15, 2009 I received a letter of investigation results from my file. In this letter the following account was researched and the prior paying history was deleted: Creditor etc etc.... On a subsequent request for my credit report dated January 11, 2010 I noticed that the same account mentioned above has now been reinserted into my credit file yet again. This letter shall serve as written notice that you have violated my rights under the FCRA Section 611 Specifically: (i) Certification of accuracy of information. If any information is deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A), the information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency unless the person who furnishes the information certifies that the information is complete and accurate. (ii) Notice to consumer. If any information that has been deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. I have received no such notice from you regarding the reinsertion of this item into my credit file. I will state again you have blatantly violated my rights under the FCRA. As such I am giving you 10 days from receipt of this letter to delete the item mentioned above and bar it from being reinserted again. Do not disregard this letter as if I have not gotten confirmation from you that this item has been deleted I will use whatever means available to me as a consumer protected under the FCRA to achieve full resolution Your urgent attention to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, Me. Today I received a reply from Equifax and it said The results of our reinvestigation then is says account verifiable and it lists my account history with the lates still there. It seems like they totally ignored or did not even read the content of my letter i am stuck on what to do next any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
