at the very latest I used the card in the beginning of 2000. never made payment.

I had luck with Desert Schools Federal Credit Union

I know I never made any payments to them....at all. So how can they wait 4 years before reporting this??

I just can't believe that they waited 4 years to report it delinquent. I never made payments...period, let alone 4 years later. just sucks that they waited that long to report. It could have been gone by now. I live in California now. But was in Arizona until a year ago.

I also remember never making payments to them. I quit working to go back to school full time. This info is confusing to me. Can anyone help me understand what they are saying here. I don't see that they sold to CA anywhere on report. Thanks

Here is a letter I found in the sample letter section. I am going to give this one a try. I hope to mail out letters this week letter to get you name and or address listed correctly

The car was repo'ed 6 months ago and credit report reflects the remaining balance of $4204. The chargoffs vary in dates from 1999 to 2008 I moved to California a year ago so everything was done in AZ

My situation seems weird to me. I just need outside opinions... I guess I really don't know how to get the ball rolling so I can fix my debt issues. I have various credit card debt, utility company debt, and student loan debt. My car was repo'ed. I live with my boyfriend and his credit is worse than mine but he makes more money than I do...by a lot. We moved to California for his job promotion and I have not been able to find worthy full time employment. I do work, but "on call" so my income varies from month to month. We have roommates because our credit is so bad we can't get approved to have our own apartment. We are in a position to pay off some of my debts (he wants to clear up mine first) but I don't know where to start. I pulled my credit reports and added things up. I stand at an estimated 60,000 in debt. I have no idea where to start !!!! Any ideas or just a push in the right direction would be sooo helpful and welcome Thanks smile.gif
