i h.ave it on my cell phone its in saved mode they also call my cell 4 or 5 times a day with pre-recordered messages the debt is almost 2.5 years old i got them to stop calling me at work by telling them every call will be recorded and ive never received any mail from them i will wait and see what they do next

i recieved a call from riddle and woods yesterday and they left a voicemail message saying they would put me in jail if i didnt pay them! i would like to know if that v.m. message can be used as evidence against them. by the way i live in maine thanks so much1

i work in a small restuarant and i took a call from some one looking for a co-worker when i told them i could not give out any information , the woman started giving me a hard time! they would not tell me who they were,they said there was an investigation going on... when i asked if they were a collection agency the woman was quet for a few minutes then she started screaming at me! i told them not to call again and she said she would call all the time! how can they get away with this? they also wouldnt give me the name of the company or an address! what can we do its disruptive to say the least! thanks
