2. I've seen Citi merge a limit about two years ago, but haven't had any personal experience with BofA. Generally, calling BofA can be very risky. I'd wait for somebody else to report a more recent experience before calling them.

I urge everybody to call the office of their local representative and senator. They still need to vote on this.
