I am looking at some new construction property. Haven't gotten a mortgage broker, I have a little more time than I thought. Anyway, there is a waiting list. I am confident that I'll be called,but may not have the downpayment money and if I don't-off to the next person. Is there anyway to resolve something like this? House should be ready in 5-7 months. You have to give more information on what you disputed and what was removed. CO,Paid CO,inquiry,etc.

Great tip! I just applied today and called 10 minutes later and got a small $400 increase to 2700.
