why chat, I'm finished with the credit repair, ended up with only 1 CA on 1 report left. my question is can u repeat this process over again and is there a certain length of time u have to wait before starting over.

yes i'm still in Ky, it was ch. 7 and I still live at the address when the BK was filed, we reaffirmed the house. But, I use a P.O. box now thats in a different town, so should I try to get the 911 address deleted and go by the p.o. box or what.

Why chat since I've somewhat finished with my medical repair, (just waiting on the responses from the CA and CRA now), a while back u said u would help me with getting my BK off my reports. will u still help me. I filed in Ky in 2001.

why chat need ur help fast. Sent the letter to the OC with insert B about a week ago, got the green card back and sent the follow up letter to the CRA and the letter to the CA. Well today while I was taking a nap the OC called and left a message on my phone to call them it was very important. Do I wanna call them back. I know I'm not suppose to communicate with the CA. I talked with these people along time ago when they first sent it to collections, I told them they never billed my insurance and they stated (very hatefully I might add) that I had to pay the CA now that they turned it over to them even though it was their fault. If they thought I was going to pay the full amount without insurance paying anything they were crazy. Please help fast, they will probally call again tomorrow.

why chat, once I send the hipaa letter to the oc where is the follow up dispute letter to the CRA at, I am a little confused at this moment, then after the f/u letter to the CRA I just copy that letter and send it to the oc with a cover letter, is that right. thanks.

Using insert B, Pretty sure relationship has been established, the CA sent copies of a letter with diagnosis codes, date of service and what was done, ex. CT of Abdomen. Only have 1emob and the other bill nothing was never filed with insurance co. and its too late to do so per insurance company 18 month deadline. will that matter that I dont have other EMOB. also u mentioned before trying to resend medical Dv and follow up CRA letters with newer language, do u still recommend that or should I just go ahead with this part. Anxious to get this behind me, need to start on husbands again. Thank you for everything u have done. I have recommended this site to several people.

Why Chat, I am sending the letter that goes to the original health care provider but I have 1 question. The bill is from Diagnostic Imaging, for x-rays provided but the health care provider is $%&^%$^ hospital. So do I make the letter out towhat the bill says for Diagnostic or the hospital name. I figure since its going to the Hipaa Compliance officer it would probaly be the hospital name. Please help.
