This is happening to me too... and no... I know how to type on a keyboard... it was NOT a typo..
I contacted Customer Support... their response? "Yes sir, it is a known 'issue' that we are having with our website, if you occur any late fees, we will remove them."
My response? "If Merrick Bank hinders my credit report because of a KNOWN issue... there will be a legal response".
Simple math... not so simple consequences...
