  1. Damn. $99k. Wow. Ya, I'm just waiting for her to go in and mark the back support as satisfactory. Unfortunately I still have to get the account removed from MY CR. You'd think it'd be simple enough to have the mother who petitioned it, close it and let DHS know the account was never in default. My guess is I'll have to login to the three CRAs and dispute it, which doesn't ever seem to work out.
  2. Thank you, do I dispute and request MOV at the same time? Probably wait mutilates she goes in and notorizes? Ombudsman, new word for me. Lol. I don't know who it was. It was someone who answered the phone at the local DHS office. Probably didn't help myself by possibly not talking to the right person.
  3. Hi again, So I contacted DHS. The mother needs to go in and have the debt notarized as satisfactory. That's easy. Now I asked about the listing on my report and she had absolutely no clue. She referred me to contact the CRAs and basically dispute it. Of course I asked her if DHS just simply stops reporting it and has it removed and she had no clue, again. Obviously I don't want the account on my report at all. It was satisfied with the mother long ago and I don't want it just sitting there as a satisfied delinquent account. She didn't understand. Thoughts?
  4. So I haven't received a letter from DHS yet. I was notified of the account from capital ones creditwise alert from capital ones app on my phone. Should I wait for actual documentation through the mail? How do I include the mother in this situation. Could she possibly make a phone call and have the account closed?
  5. Oh, found my old account. Anyways, patiently waiting for replies. Thanks guys.
  6. How do u file a motion. Just go to the court and ask them to do this? Thanks Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  7. This account is referring to a paid auto loan that went into default, and I was sued for it. I paid it, and I eventually contacted the vice President of Operations in an attempt to get the account removed. I wrote an email to him, an email claiming responsibility in hopes that he would attempt to remove the account. He didn't budge. What do I do now? This is a glaring account obviously, and every time I ask for a loan, etc...this account is questioned by lendors and creditors. I got it last year, so it's not like it's going to drop off in 6 months. The other part of this account is a glaring judgment against me as well. So this is a main account I would like removed, especially since I paid in full and no longer owe anything on. Thoughts?
  8. So this is the reply I got from the vp of credit concepts. "I am writing you back to know that I don’t have the power to change how your account reports to Equifax unless it is incorrect. Our agreements with Equifax and Trans Union state that we will report the accounts correctly as to how they are paid. Now if it isn’t showing paid off, I can look into that, but if you had late payments you want removed I can’t do that, sorry." How frustrating. Why wouldn't they just say no instead of saying they can't. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  9. Well regardless, I'll email them if I can get an address that goes to someone other than your basic csr. So what are we supposed to do if say they're legally obligated to report correctly even if you know different? We can't argue with them, they don't have to do anything for us, so that wouldn't work. Btw, anyone have any contact info for occu they could pm me? Thanks Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  10. As far as the judgment goes, where do I begin that process? County Courthouse? If I go there and ask them for papers to vacate a judgment, they're not going to stand there and laugh at me, are they? Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  11. Ya, I got calls from occu for late payment reminders. Granted, this was almost a year ago, so it isn't recent. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  12. Jack, just so that you know, this is a TOTAL LIE, there is absolutely no requirement that a creditor report anything. Ya I know, but what are you going to do. Argue with them? It's a lose lose once they spew that. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  13. I Thanks, definitely not only problem but I'm working slowly on them all. I'm going to look for the VP email and one of those letters. Thanks a lot! Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
  14. Hey, I've read around several boards about a EOS CCA email address that was used for PFDs. Well the ones I found were dead threads, and of course the email was never listed on the thread. Anyone have a contact email for these guys that might be for a higher up? Thanks Also, when trying a PFD, are we first trying to pay the full amount? EOS CCA sent me a settlement off for less than half the amount of the actual debt. Should I PFD for that amount or the whole? Thanks again guys.
  15. So I have the email of the Vice president of Credit concepts that I got from their website. The account was their account that I defaulted on and I ended up paying in full. Now I'm looking to have it removed. Well, there's nothing more I can pay, so I guess they've no reason to listen to me, but I want the listing removed. Any link to a email I can use to send to these guys to try and get them to remove the debt?
