No, you're not. I thought the same thing. It's been very, very important to for to teach my kids (particularly) the girls about bodily integrity and this would cross a line for me.

There is a profound difference between bright and gifted. Most "gifted" programs are aimed at children who are bright. Having a child that is actually gifted is a whole different ball game from AP classes and GATE programs. I've got an(unevaluated) "bright" in my oldest and 2e in my second oldest. The evaluations involved with the 2e (and related gifted) classifications are much more in depth than the typical evaluation to get into the "gifted" classes at most schools. If no one has suggested that she's gifted, I'd assume that she's bright and just proceed how you are.

Uhm. There's no white. Sorry, except for quote boxes. It isn't white. But on mine, But I can only tell that because the text entry box is white, and I have comparison. The background looks kind of a pink/greyish offwhite... though the pinkish part might be because I have the red balance a little bit off.. But it looks very close to white. Both Chrome and FireFox browsers... Though the right side of does fade to a striped grey... It looks very nice though. Yes. The background is definitely grey. I've been using this skin for almost a year, as have a few of the mods, and we aren't seeing anything that shows as white. or striped grey. Over a year. I saw it during the puke-fest last year

I am stabby. And eternally grateful that *I* have well behaved children and that the people I usually spend time with do also. I have a full house this weekend (14 guests) and TWO of the 11 children are EFFING HORRIBLE LITTLE JERKS. At 8 and 5. When they should "know better." The 2 year old and the 3 year old also visiting are better behaved. I'm about to have to smack the crap out of someone else's kids.
