  5. Thats OK, I can take a little fun. Anyway, I guess I could tell them that if I cannot return it then I will eventually default. Maybe they will change their mind.
  6. Thanks everyone for all your responses and trying to help. I think I will call customer service again tomorrow and if I am stuck then I will make the minimum payments for a while. At least when I default then it will look like I tried to make payments. Its better than no payments at all thus looking like I never intended to pay at all!!!

  10. No not a a $200 Rolex, $200 a month is the payment. Thats a good idea of selling it and making payments with it. In any case if I make payments a while and then if I had to default then it will look better than not making any payments.
  11. Thanks for the responses. The payment is $200.00 but now I wont be able to do that. Also you mentioned fraud. How can they do that when I wanted to send it back? It could be fraud if I just never pay. It does say in the contract though that they would repossess the stuff if I defaulted.
  12. Hello, this one is really strange for you but I need some advice and soon! I made a purchase at Jerid last month and put it on my Jerid card. Well, I thought I had 60 days to return it but I only had 30 days. I missed it by 4 days and they will not take it back so I am stuck with it. Its my own fault but just before I was going to make my first payment I was hit with a huge pay cut at work so I was hoping to take the watch back. Anyway its a low end Rolex watch that I had always wanted. I called customer servce and they told me that if they took it back after 30 days that Rolex could pull their watches from their stores and suggested I sell it on e-bay! Well I know I will not be able to make these payments now. Could I send it back anyway certified mail? That way they have it. I am not worried about my credit because its ruined anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
