Re: Credit report error
Dear Sir or Madam
I have received a copy of my personal credit report and discovered it contains inaccurate information. The report is in my name, xxxxxx xxxxxxx, with my social security number which is ***-**-**** and is being maintained by Experian.
I have enclosed a copy of the report and highlighted the erroneous information in yellow. These 2 entries are wrong because it is not my account or debt. It is a listing for a school loan and I have never applied nor received a school loan
Please investigate this matter with Wells Fargo Bank and RJM ACQ LLC and correct and delete these disputed items from my credit report.
In addition, make this letter a permanent part of my credit record.
If you have any further questions you can contact me on my cell phone at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Thank you for your prompt attention in this matter.
Sincerely,
xxxx xxxxxx
