  1. I have a mortgage that was included in bankruptcy 6 years ago. BOA has never foreclosed on the house to date. Are there any type of loan programs I may qualify for since the house has never been foreclosed on? My mid score is around 650?

    fha question

thanks for the reply's! A few things to add. The broker themselves has declared bankruptcy themselves and are no where to be found! The bank has not foreclosed on the house for over 5 years. I do have a signed contract from the broker stating they will make the payments to the current lender at the time until they finance the house in their name. I wasn't aware they weren't making the payments the my lender because they changed the mailing address and phone # on the account. I thought it was said and done with until about 4 years later I was served with foreclosure paperwork. Will that help my case if I was to plead that to the FHA?

    fha question

Question on fha mortgage if someone can help. I live in FL. I had a house back in 2006. I wanted to buy a new house so I was referred to a broker who would buy the house so I did a quit claim deed to the broker and that broker was supposed to refinance in their name which never happened, all this in 2006.The house has still not been foreclosed on as of today. I filed bankruptcy in 2008 and included the current house I was in as well as that house which was supposed to be financed in the brokers name. Will I be able to qualify for a FHA loan since the bankruptcy was discharged in 2008 and the deed for the house has been in the broker's name since 2006? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
  5. Thanks for the help. I first contacted the BBB I think it was in MA or something and like I said, it stated they don't process those type of complaint. Just today I filed one with the BBB in Atlanta and I also sent another email to Saulte customer service asking for a review of all the fee's im being charged with. Thanks for all your help and anymore would be greatly appreciate...
  6. I have a salute card that i obtained back in 2007 to help with credit building. Salute closed the card I think around a year ago. I still have a balance on the card and I am no paying a overlimit fee, interest and monthly service fee, even though the card is closed. I am no at the point where I can only pay the mimnium about due. Even when I pay that and all the fees that are tacked on monly and balanve still increase by about $18 a month. I tried to contact the BBB but the response I got back from this is that they don't hand these kinds of situtations. Is there anything I can do or anyone have any ideas? Thanks Jason
