  5. I dont't think i can qualify for enough for a house in my area without her income. I have also read that most lenders require you to pay the collections. I know fha dosn't require but the lenders do. does ay one now which lenders don't require pay off or any recomendations for a mortgage broker or mortgage person in th northwest suburbs of chicago. thanks

    wamu CLI

Yes the pfico is a good reason to have the card. When i got the card it had a 0% balence transfer for 6 months so i transferred a couple of sub prime card bal and closed them. then i payed the bal on wa mu in 5 months. have not payed any int. on this card. I know 3500$ seems like nothing to some people but i have come a long way in 1 year. 12 collections removed x 3 CB 3-30day lates 2-60 day lates 1kb7 off one but still showing on two.

    corp tax

Tanks Drew, I am in illinois. I know Articles of incorporatin is 150.00$ and excise tax is 25.00$. do i just have to pay the excise tax every year since the corp will not be doing any business or are there any ather costs i am not aware of? Has anyone on here ever done this. I see all over the net that you can buy self corps. so thought i could just shelf my own.
  15. ok I am new to business credit and this might be a little off topic. My question is if i start a corp and shelf it for a year or so what kind of tax or fees or other costs are involved. i want to start a business next year when i have more capitol but i thought it might be better to incorporate now and let it age before i do biusiness.
