  1. Agree with above. Charges sometimes take a couple of days to post and mine won't let me pay more then the balance so not sure how you can pay all charges off within an hour? Several people have reported rather large CLI from Cap1 in the past couple of weeks so maybe this was just a coincidence and really did'nt have anything to do with how it was paid?
  2. sorry misread question.
  3. The phone company should be reporting a zero balance if they have sold it.
  4. I think I have read Marv post that you need to gross $2000 a month to be approvable.
  5. You may want to double check over in the mortgage forum to be sure but I beleive in order to get a mortgage you have to be in the same line of work for 2 years. What are your scores now?
  6. I got the new layout today too. Its not the new layout thats the problem, its no longer being a daily puller thats the problem. My auto loan reverted back to the Jan 1 balance. Just noticed my cc balances reverted back to the Dec balances. I am unsure of what value CK has any longer???
  7. My Jareds closed too. I had meant to buy a little something with it and then forgot about it, until I got the alert that an acccount had closed!
  8. They call that a straw sale & I think its illegal. A while back I tried to buy a car for my son who had just turned 18 the week before was still in high school and lived with me and they would'nt do it without putting his name on the loan. I was planning to make all of the payments he would just be the main driver. I could see if someone else was making the payments but if I get the loan and I make all of the payments seems like it should be okay, but it was a no go.
  9. There is 183 points between my real lender pulled score and what Credit Sesame shows...
  10. He who has the gold makes the rules. If you borrow thier money they can make any rules they want, if you don't like the rules don't borrow thier money.
  11. Its been reporting as reaffirmed debt with a payment history and then CO. Now it looks like 2 months ago was changed to IIB/discharge with no payment history. I will need to check and see when exactly the BK was. So I take it if its still showing when I go to finance a new car in a couple of months it is not going to matter that it shows the debt was dicharged?
  12. The DOFD is actually 2 years after the BK was discharged.
  13. No, CH7 stays for 10 years.
  14. I have an older auto loan that unfortunately ended with a string of 30-day lates in the last year & the final payment was charged-off, its since been paid & was not a repo. I have the title. I have just pulled my reports and they have changed thier reporting on this loan to iib/discharged. I did have a CH7 roughly 7 years ago but this loan was not included and it was reaffirmed. For scoring purposes it seems that IIB is going to be better than paid CO, but my concern is that I am planning to buy a new car this summer & what effect if any this may have on that. At least with a paid CO it shows I have paid off the loan but with iib it looks like I did'nt, although I realize a lot of people do "ride thru" so I guess it could go either way. Although it does'nt say repo so maybe I'm okay (just thinking out loud here). I do have a current 3 year old auto loan with the same company that is paid as agreed. So purely for the purposes of getting a new car loan should I leave it as iib or fight them to get it reported correctly as a paid charge-off?
  15. I have tried a couple of times to goodwill Ally for late payments with no luck. On the other hand more than once they have marked me as late when I was not late, in fact no where near late, and after many phone calls talking with supervisors etc I have been able to get those removed.
