Great! Guess i have to hold out and see what the outcome is. I just thought it was odd.

First I would like to say that I know i shouldn't dispute online and i haven't in the past, but did these online because they are for two tradelines that are due to fall off in April, so i thought why not (this will make TU clean for me)? I disputed these two as obsolete last august and they didn't remove them, cool. So this time I go online and start the dispute and once i submitted I immediately went back to print my report and saw that it said 2 of 3 items complete! (I also disputed one late i had from about 3 years ago while i was at it) How is that possible that fast? LOL Not only that, its a Saturday so i'm assuming they are closed. I'm hoping that maybe they were instantly deleted or something. I guess i will have to wait until the last item is done to see what happened. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Just picked up my 2006 infiniti g35 coupe yesterday. I got approved with huntington bank at 7.5% for 60 months. I know this my be high for some but considering I have 3 CO's and 1 unpaid collection for $1500 i'm very excited. My scores are around 630 auto enhanced. Also I think this is good for me being this is my first auto loan. Thanks to marv and everyone that helped me to this point.

No they are not reporting correctly. I have disputed numerous time with the CRAs and its verified everytime. I have tried jacks method and 1-2 punch and everything gets verified. I have disputed the things that are incorrect on my reports and it gets verified with out being corrected. Should I sent back a response pointing out these violations in reporting and ask for prove of what I owe as far as interest?

So if it comes down to a PFD should I ask for it in the response to them through the BBB or should I send them a seperate letter in the mail? My logic behind this is that if I send a seperate letter in the mail they may not respond, but if I do it through the BBB they have to respond again.

So I got my response back from Unifund today to the BBB. I don't want to make this long, but basically I have been trying to get validation from them since january and I finally received an "attempt" at validation from them in March. The validation consisted of a one page print out of an old bill from chase and I didn't think this was proper validation. So I sent them another letter telling them this and got no response. So I sent a letter to the BBB and they responded to them saying that what they provided was good enough validation except this time they provided three more old statements from chase. The balance they were collecting for and the balance from chase did not match so they stated that the balance they are collecting for is from interest over the past year. So now what do I do? I am trying to by a car in a few weeks and I have applied to CU's and get denied because of this one collection account. I have the money to pay this off but I want it off my reports if I am going to pay it. The amount is $1500 but I really don't want to pay them even thought I have the money to do so. Should I offer a PFD? What should be my next step because now I have the opportunity to respond back to the BBB. Please help!!

CK will not get you any eq b*, but the other two will. And CCT only shows as one soft per day.
