Saw this in the BK forum and pulled the trigger and got an increase ClI went from $300 to $600. My last increase was earlier this year when I told them I was going to close if I didnt get an increase and that took me from $100 to $300. I only have a BBRZ card so Im cool with this, not sure if its a true hard pull just did it today. I pay on-time every month and most times PIF so maybe that helped. Thanks everyone

Hi all, has anyone heard of Hutton Chase? Here is their sales pitch they sent me in an email. What you all think of it run or go for it??????? thanks a million...... Dear OX Customer, Hi, Joel Pate here, owner of OX Publishing and Hutton Chase. You already know the benefit of adding new credit to your credit profile. Your score typically goes up. The problem is that most credit offers require a hard inquiry. While that’s OK it is best if the offer can be made WITHOUT A HARD INQUIRY. Well now you can. Introducing Hutton Chase. Now you can obtain additional credit with: -NO HARD INQUIRY -NO CREDIT CHECK -NO EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION -1 DAY AFTER BANKRUPTCY OK -ZERO PERCENT INTEREST So what do you get? 1. Hutton Chase offers 1000’s of products that can be purchased for your home, as gifts for your family members and friends for holidays or birthdays. Use the leverage just like the rich. Instead of using your Visa or MasterCard to make these purchases, make a small down payment with Hutton Chase and finance the remainder of the purchase, over five easy payments, with ZERO PERCENT INTEREST. 2. No upfront application fee. That’s right. Nothing, Nada, Zilch, Zero. No application fee, upfront fee nothing. Just a $20 per month membership fee, that’s it. 3. Twenty Five percent discount on all products. Your $20 membership fee not only qualifies you for the credit account but also the 25% discount on all products 4. The best for last: Qualify for up to a $2000 credit line that is reported to Major Credit Bureaus. As you know, according to FICO, your Utilization Ratio is over 35% of your credit score. Adding new additional credit is usually seen as a positive event by the FICO scoring model. Remember, with this credit offer, you can purchase 1000’s of products for your home, gifts for family members and friends. The best part: The upfront fee is not $195, $99, or even $49. It is ZERO, NADA, ZILCH. THAT’S RIGHT, NO UP FRONT FEE, APPLICATION FEE, OR ANY FEE. For only $20 monthly membership, you have access to a 25% discount on our already low prices, PLUS YOU QUALIFY FOR UP TO A $2000 LINE OF CREDIT.

Hello all, So, I just pulled my EQ credit report from their site. Now, it is saying I have not inquiries which is WRONG I should have about 12 INQ gave or take. I also have a TL that just appeared last month from someone I dont know. It states an Auto loan opened in 2/2000 which I did open a auto loan around that time but with another company that I BK last year. Now what is strange is this TL has me with a High Limit of 11,698 and a Bal of $0. It is also under my closed accts but says PAYS AS AGREED. Them amt add up to my car I purchased in 2000 but the company never heard of them: Santander Consumer who are they. I am at a lost for words with this new TL. I need to pull my scores I am assuming it is helping my score since the BK because it is the oldest TL. What should I do...So confused

Ok, I BK7 last year and wanted to rebuild my credit and Montgomery Ward offered me a line of credit with them. I was approved for $250. I purchased a lot of over priced items thinking what the heck its a tradeline well two months later and no TL. I called and was told the only way they report to the CRA is if I go into collections but they don't report good history. WTH, I will be paying them off this month and closing them fast... So, for anyone out there who get a pre-approval catalog just note they do not report so don't waste your time on over priced item....

Thanks for all the info everyone, the reason for the freeze is i had over 25 inq and I could not b* them off and had to wait until they fall off. I hate cc but in order to "rebuild" my score post bk i need at least a cc or two. My EQ and TU is not frozen and they can pull them if needed.

I froze my experian credit report about a year ago and just discharged from BK7 in Dec 09. Wanted to pull the trigger and try to apply for a credit card or two who were Bk friendly. I applied for Kay and got declined but did not see any pulls from them on the other two CRA but looked at my soft pulls on EX report and noticed where Kay did a soft pull, how was/is that possible if my EX is frozen????? So confused and cant get credit due to BK and did not include them in my BK.? I really dont want any CC but to rebuild my credit I have to have some credit. thanks.

Hi, I filed bk-7 back in 09/09 and was discharged 12/09 I included a collection agency who are now reporting in the status "payment after charge off/collection" and in comment section "bk-7" and all this was verify 10/09 when I was still in BK according to my TU report. Now none of this is true a payment was never made and they never charged off the debt. My question is who should get the letter the CA or TU for inaccurate information or both. I know they are breaking a BK law just don't know which one... Please help...

I order this report two months ago and I had a lot of my personal information was wrong. I called CS and they just deleted it right then and there and sent a new copy out. I didnt have but a few companies reporting as well. They also told me can't no company pull there reports just consumers can order them...go figure...so why are they out there is my question. -
I have a question if anyone no the answer...I have a default judgement that was just filed against me in court on 6-25-09...my question is how long before it hit my credit report? I am asking because I will file BK next month and have included this and I was trying to do it before this happen. Also if it hit my credit report how hard will it be to get it removed or to reflect included in bankruptcy? Also how will this affect my score and my rebuilding process. Thanks for any advice...
