  1. Hi again - nope I have a big juicy balance transfer on my USB card - but I paid my Elan card down to zero and that is reporting at the same time as the USB card. They seem to have been slow to report these last few months for me - used to be it seemed to report immediately - the last few months it's taken a few days to a week, same scenario though EQ first -- then EX and TU dribble in days later. I've had some other banks that used to post the payment same day as I made it online, suddenly start taking a few days to post the payments --- That has screwed me up a couple of times - a couple cards that have always shown a zero balance are sitting there with a piddly balance til next month! Hang in there!
  2. Same this month from me - with both USB and Elan -- EQ a few days ago (the 3rd I think), EX updated today, nothing on TU yet
  3. Same here since saturday on both my ancient Merrick account and also my used to be hooters account...
  4. DW is on my JCP card it does report!
  5. I have to say in general I'm with Sparky on this - the worst website I have ever used! I can just see a bank of TI-99's in their server room trying desperately to chug away. I have had consistant issues with how slow the site is but mostly with the consistant and constant errors - can't pull report - order in progress - server busy the list goes on. A few months ago I started emailing customer service (I was tired of spending half an hour of my time on the phone each time I wanted to pull a report). The response time from emailing was usually in a day or two and they would clear things out for one or two pulls until it was back to the same errors. At one point I sent quite a "nasty-gram" and my account suddenly seemed to work for a couple weeks. Now - back the the same old... In addition the email support has now been taking a week or more to respond! I'm going to try to call into corporate in Atlanta in the next day or two - just for grins to see what might happen, but I am afraid that I will soon be joining Sparky in the never again club.
  6. DW Home Depot is at 20K, Mine is at 16,5K so they definitely go above 10!
  7. I'd call and ask - some banks do it a little differently. Payments are likely to go to the first one. For instance Lowes splits the payments up to all your balances until it seems you are 30-ish days out from the promo end then everything go to the next expiring - although you can request the payment to go to a specific balance - Home depot now applies it all to the first expiring balance. BofA and Citi apply to the first expiring (and then to the highest "go to rate" if all the balances expire on the same date), US Bank has some confusing stuff going on so I (nor the CSR's) have quite figured it out entirely. Of course if you have a mix of BT's (such as 0% and 2.9%) the minimum generally goes to the 0% and then they have to apply the rest above the minimum to the highest rate. Some banks seem to give you the grace period on purchases even with a 0% BT running - some don't. YMMV, but I have floated alot of promo's and BT's and that's what has been happening in my world...
  8. I have not been able to get into the Home Depot site since yesterday - Is this happening with anyone else? TIA
  9. Used to happen to me (for months) on an almost daily basis, 90% of the time I tried to pull a report - I finally sent them a "nasty-gram" via their website - "paying for a service I'm not getting... Can't spend a half hour on the phone every time I want to pull a report... Fix it on more than a temporary basis or I'll have to cancel..." Low and behold it suddenly has been working flawlessly for a few weeks now. This is no doubt a YMMV deal.
  10. Mine (EQ complete) had gotten to the point where I had to call in on each and every pull! It didn't matter if I was pulling daily or twice a month. I finally got fed up with calling in and spending half an hour on the phone with them each time a looked around the site and sent them an email from within the site. They fixed it and all was well for a whopping two more pulls until it started in with the errors again. I sent another email - this time just a little "firmer" -- how I was paying for a service that was not being provided, bla bla bla - fix it or I will have to cancel... They sent back the reply a couple days later "Gee we can't find anything wrong..." However, suddenly I am having NO problems pulling no errors at all - It of course, is still glacially slow, but I can pull to my hearts content (for now) without having to spend half an hour on hold while they "fix the problem" each and every time.
  11. I am getting the same message, and historically I have gotten it off and on for years. What I found out going back and forth with EX is that if you have a zillion softs (geeeee no idea how that would happen...) the system cannot generate a report online (although they can generate a hard copy). So they have to clear out a bunch of softs and all is good to go until it gets filled up again. Certainly a creditor can pull the report (minus the zillion softs of course) - so when doing it yourself the softs hang up the system. Anyway that is how it has worked on my end - I've called and gotten a bunch of the softs removed, and it all works again... This is a YMMV sorta thing.
  12. On my BofA visa sig the Limit disappeared on EQ and TU but never did on EX - and the limit showing on EX is an old one so it never went away and never got updated. Although it seems like the card isn't used in util, whenever I get up or close to the limit (or high balance) and let it report I, get a ding for a maxed out card. So it does factor in somehow - not quite sure how though. Rumor has it that the 123 Cash returns world mastercard reports the limit, unlike the Visa. Hard card to even find out about but they may still have it buried in there somewhere.
  13. My Lowes card is at 12,500 - I'll probably be calling in to see if I can bump it up to more in the next month or two. I'll certainly post if I get above my current 12,500.
  14. Anytime I have gotten a new Amex I have had to wait for the card to arrive before I could add it online - They have never shown up automatically. I've had to type in the card number and the four digit code to add to my online access. So from my experience I would not worry about the BCE not showing online. The Zync does seem to be a different beast, and I have never had one so I don't quite know how that one works. For me, I have gotten new cards anywhere from 4 days to almost two weeks...
  15. Mine have all been soft pulls - at least up until my last one 4 or so months ago. I always call in and specifically state I do not want a hard pull and ask what the system has for me. They ask what I would like - the system every time so far has "countered" with an even higher number than I have asked for. Ummmmmm OK I'll take it...
