So once you did the credit report etc .... how did you go about purchasing the company? Do you do that from the website? Thats where it was grey to me.

Do you have any advice for finding shelf corporations? Some of the sites I have searched kinda look scammy.

I can see it via the backdoor and its untouched .. its an old collection from 2004 ... the date opened remains the same.... however all the old account history they deleted .. ie. it used to say collection account as of 2004, and then each yeah they reported ..but they deleted all that ..and it just shows 01/2008 .. Date Opened: 08/2004 Type: Collection Credit Limit: $2,721 Date of Status: 01/2008 Terms: NA High Balance: NA Reported Since: 01/2008 Monthly Payment: $0 Recent Balance: $2,644 Last Reported Date: 01/2008 Responsibility: Individual Recent Payment: $0

I havent sent a second letter .yet .. I just sent the 1st about a week ago ..gave them 15 days to respond .. still waiting on my green card too though

So there was a collection .. I should have just left alone .......... I did account history incorrect it came back verified ....... they removed all the old history except for the date opened ..and all the dates shown are 01/08.. so its shown as a new collection .... I sent EXP a letter ..... stating re-aging with proof of what it was before and what it shows now .. but I still see it on there ...... and they haven't responded ... What do I do?

I got in through TU backdoor ..and see a CA has been soft pulling my CR at least 5x in December and 1x already in Jan .. They bought a CO acct and sent me one of those settlement letters, I DV'd them on the 18th and they haven't responded .. what should I do?

I opened a WAMU acct and have Navy .. I think I'm going to use Navy for all my banking .. I love credit unions .. I went into a branch last week and it was so cool lol looking ....... Anyhoot ..BOA by far is one of the sleaziest banks out here I have dealt with ........ So glad to be out of Chex!!!!!!!!!
