  1. oh, that reminds me, never been able to figure out how to add to the CB DB.
  2. Discover matched my highest limit card, Citi bet my highest limit card by $900. It really is true, high limits make others give high limits.
  3. Was it instant? Yes Humbug, mint went to review lol. Hope you get it!
  4. That's what I said too, the fools. lol
  5. Update, I asked for a CLI (online) Friday on this card, They asked how much I wanted. Put in 10K and they gave it to me. Had this card for less than year, had no problems, good CS, they do call and try to sell to you tho. I just don't answer the calls and they only call a few times every 6 months.
  6. I felt the CS was full of BS, at lest I got 15 months at 0% APR. Maybe I'll try calling over the next few months and see if I can get it way down.
  7. I applied for both a Discover More and Citi Platinum Select card this last weekend. Well today they both showed up and Citi was at 10.99% and Discover was at 18.99% APR. Discover said my FICO was 765 and they gave me this rate? (Discover's rates for this card are 10.99 to 19.99% APR) What does it take to get a 10.99% APR from Discover? Talking to CS, they said people with 801 get 19.99% all the time. I don't have any negs, and have 28 TL at 7 years old. Citi CL $25,900.00 Discover CL $25,000.00
  8. He did not say he was aproved without a pull, just gave him the details and he was told what line he would get. He then "applied a month later and was approved for 30000 @ 10.99%" I really wish people would READ! what is said.
  9. I see six (6) rewards cards and just two (2) non-rewards cards offered. (personal) Also, don't even see the offer they sent me listed on their page.
  10. OP I got this offer in the mail a few days ago at 9.99% for life*, applied online. My Experian file was on ice, so they called me, 15 minutes later had a $5,000 CL from them. Experian score was 705 No rewards, no fees, no bull, plan card at a great rate in todays credit world. The way I see it is, they will only change the APR if you don't live up to the terms. * We will not change APRs that are labeled "fixed" for any reason (i) their specified duration; or (ii) the life of the applicable balance or account if either no duration is specified or the duration is indefinite.
  11. I just got this offer in the mail and had to laugh and share it with you all. My FICO on TU is 710, anyways, here the offer; Loan Amount: $3500 APR: 98% * 36 Monthly Payments of $ 298.71 Oh, you think that's bad, just wait, it gets better! * Higher rates may apply for those that choose our manual loan funding. As if paying them $10,753.56 back was not bad enough. Well, I think I'll call them and jump right on that loan offer. LOL
  12. The problem I have with doing a DV is they are not asking for me, they are asking for some one else. They called again friday and even left a case number on the message. I will return their call again with this case number and try and get them to stop, but again, my problem is this is costing me money and my time dealing with this.
  13. I had this happen with my home phone from US Bank, took me three months to get the calls stopped and i've had my home number for 10+ years. Letters, phone calls and they just would not stop calling, really pissed me off and I'm not wantting this to happen again.
