just closed on new home a month ago, reports are all nice and clean....So I done a few new apps and got everything... now I hope that I can make it through without any of them closing..

I don't think you should, I read on here somewhere that somebody did that exact thing and the mortgage company pulled Cr's right before closing and squashed the deal, Just be safe and wait till you have the keys in your hand!!! BTW I close on the 20th on my new home oops sorry was mis reading your post! right after the deal I'm not sure about! I'm sure others will chime in........was just trying to help a fellow credit board friend not make a mistake

Who's everybody using these days?

my credit reports are clean, NCO has recently started calling my house trying to collect a debt.....The only debt it could be would be a junk debt that's probably 10 or so years old that's past the reporting time frame.......I have gotten no letters, no nothing from anyone...should I answer the phone and tell them where to stick it or what? How should I proceed....tired of them calling my home for NO reason! Thanks in advance.

My question was simply if you apply and get approved for an auto loan how long would the check possibly be good for?! I realize it will be another pull for the auto loan.................Thanks for your answer though!

I recently got approved for ckg/svgs at Alliant...................And want to apply for auto loan, Does anyone know if approved how many days is the approval good for?? Reason I ask is because I ordered a New Car but it's still about 30 days out from taking delivery.......Your answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would have done the same! Things like that are very upsetting to me.............When business is done it needs to be 100% on the money! That's the way it should be
